UAB „Verslo Auditas“ was established in February 1997. In 1998 the company joined Moore Stephens International Limited and was renamed to UAB “Moore Stephens Vilnius”. Since the establishment of Moore Stephens London in 1902 the association has grown rapidly and currently is one of the largest international groups operating in audit, accounting and various business consultations. Moore Stephens International comprises 351 independent member firms with 630 offices in 98 countries.
